Exchange & Return Policy

At SEPTORSE, we offer a size exchange or broken product exchange policy only. We do not offer product or color exchanges. If an item does not fit you correctly or the product arrives broken, you can raise an exchange request by following the guidelines below.

1. Exchange Request Timeline You must raise a size exchange or broken product exchange request by emailing us at septorsework@gmail.com within 48 hours of successful delivery.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • Limit: Exchange can be availed only once per order.

  • Self-Shipping: The parcel needs to be self-shipped by the customer within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for the return must be borne by the customer.

  • Quality Check: Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check. All items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in our original packaging. If items do not meet these criteria, the exchange will be refused, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Credit Vouchers & Exclusions

  • Unavailability: In case the required size is unavailable for the same product, a credit voucher will be issued for future purchases within 12 months of issuance with SEPTORSE.

  • Free Size Items: Items listed as "Free Size" are not eligible for any kind of exchange or return.

  • Strictly Non-Exchangeable: Due to hygiene purposes, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Loungewear, and Lingerie are strictly ineligible for exchange or return.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for any kind of exchange or return.

4. Broken or Damaged Products In the event that you receive a damaged or defective piece, clear pictures or videos of the unboxing must be shared with our team at septorsework@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, a fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to you.

5. No Refunds Policy NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Shipping charges are also non-refundable.

6. Important Notes & Responsibilities Goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Any item not received by SEPTORSE will be treated as not returned.

SEPTORSE reserves the right to refuse a return if:

  • The request exceeds the time limit.

  • The items are from a non-exchangeable category.

  • Self-inflicted damage is found (makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, or odors).

  • Items are sent in poor packaging (e.g., tape applied directly to the product).

7. Non-Faulty Variations The following are NOT considered faulty and do not qualify for a damage-based exchange:

  • Slight color or design variations from product photos.

  • Slight size variations within ± 3cm of measurements.

  • Minor imperfections like loose threads or crease marks.

  • Subjective opinions on quality or "not liking" the product.
